About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for managing inventory flow, stocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves operating a forklift, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of warehouse operations. The associate will also assist with club pickup orders and proactively engage with customers regarding technology services. A strong emphasis is placed on acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence in all tasks.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Manages inventory flow and utilizes equipment appropriately.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
Ensures club pickup orders are filled accurately and staged properly.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates effectively.
Helps, develops, and mentors others, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
