About The Position

This position is responsible for various tasks related to the flow of freight within the facility, including receiving, stocking, organizing merchandise, operating a forklift, and providing customer service. The role emphasizes adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and maintaining a positive work environment. Associates are expected to manage inventory, ensure product presentation, and assist customers with their needs, including technology services. The position also involves acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Operates forklift safely to move and position merchandise pallets.
  • Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
  • Manages inventory flow, utilizes equipment appropriately, and handles inventory exceptions.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
  • Maintains the safety of the facility through safety sweeps and adherence to specific procedures.
  • Ensures the sales floor and merchandising presentation are in accordance with company policies.
  • Fills club pickup orders by picking and staging products according to company policy.
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods safely and correctly.
  • Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts safely.
  • Proactively identifies and assists customers needing help with technology services.
  • Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
  • Maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
  • Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates effectively.
  • Helps, develops, and mentors others, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
  • Maintains high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
  • Delivers results while putting the customer first.
  • Makes decisions based on reliable information and balances priorities.
