About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise and supplies. The associate will ensure the sales floor and merchandising presentation are maintained according to company policies, and will assist with picking and staging club pickup orders. Additionally, the role involves operating a forklift safely, maintaining the facility's safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will also be involved in technology assistance for customers and identifying/resolving shrink opportunities. Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies.
• Ensures club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
• Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
