About The Position
The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, customer service, and maintaining the sales floor and facility safety. This role involves operating a forklift, stocking merchandise, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The associate will also play a role in technology assistance and identifying opportunities for improvement and shrink reduction.
Requirements
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
- Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
- Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
- Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
- Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
- Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
- Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
- Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
