Freight Flow Associate

About The Position
This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of freight within the facility, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and moving merchandise. The associate will operate a forklift, provide customer service, maintain safety standards, and ensure the sales floor is well-presented and stocked. They will also be involved in fulfilling club pickup orders and managing inventory.
Requirements
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
- Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
- Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products.
- Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensures club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
- Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
- Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
- Models and helps others with technology services.
- Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
- Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
