About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for managing inventory flow, operating forklifts, and providing excellent customer service. This role ensures merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards, while also maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The associate will also assist with club pickup orders and utilize technology to enhance customer experience and identify operational improvements.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and concerns.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pickup orders are filled accurately and staged properly.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
• Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
• Strengthens the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others.
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
