About The Position

This position is responsible for operating a forklift to move merchandise, stocking and organizing inventory, providing customer service, maintaining facility safety, and ensuring the sales floor and merchandising are presented according to company standards. The role also involves filling club pickup orders and managing inventory levels. Associates are expected to uphold company policies, demonstrate integrity, serve customers, and strive for excellence through continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways, tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help with technology services and items.
• Models and helps others with technology services.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways and promptly fixes any problems.
