About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate position is responsible for managing inventory flow, operating forklifts, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained and presented according to company standards. Associates will also assist with fulfilling club pickup orders, maintaining safety procedures, and utilizing technology to assist customers. The position emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers and members.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
• Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
• Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
