About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, operating a forklift, and providing member service. The associate will ensure merchandise is received, stocked, and organized, while maintaining the sales floor and merchandising presentation according to company policies. They will also be responsible for filling club pick-up orders and assisting with technology services for members. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers and members.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions, technology services, and resolving issues.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
• Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
• Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
