About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, operating a forklift, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards, while also maintaining a safe and clean work environment. They will also assist with club pickup orders and proactively engage with customers to help them with technology services and products. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a customer-first approach.

Requirements

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
  • Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging needs, identifying needs, providing guidance, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
  • Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
  • Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
  • Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
  • Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
  • Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
  • Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact.
  • Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
  • Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
  • Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent.
