About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate position is responsible for managing inventory flow, stocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves operating a forklift, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring the accuracy of club pickup orders. The associate will also be involved in inventory management, technology assistance for customers, and upholding company policies and values related to integrity, customer service, and teamwork.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
