About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, operating a forklift, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, club pickup orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, and all safety and company policies are followed. The role also involves assisting customers with technology services and identifying opportunities for improvement in products, services, and work areas.

Requirements

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
  • Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions, technology, and resolving issues.
  • Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing for accuracy.
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
  • Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
  • Reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels.
  • Uses inventory tools and equipment in safe and correct ways.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
  • Reports poor or unsafe conditions or practices.
  • Tells Management when forklifts are not in proper working order.
  • Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
  • Models and helps others with technology services.
  • Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
  • Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
  • Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact.
  • Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
  • Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
