About The Position

Lightning Logistics LLC is hiring dependable, energetic, and self-motivated drivers to deliver automotive and agricultural freight safely and on time. This is an overnight, full-time, non-CDL freight delivery position using a 26-foot straight truck. Drivers use handheld devices to assist with deliveries and must own a working smartphone. The position is paid weekly by direct deposit as a 1099 engagement, with stated weekly pay of $1,125–$1,250.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have delivery experience.
• Must have straight/box truck experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a drug screening and background verification, and consent to a background check and drug test.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must own a working smartphone.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must be punctual, reliable, energetic, competent, self-motivated, and have a good sense of direction and excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Verifiable work history with FedEx, UPS, or another parcel delivery service is preferred.
