Requirements

3+ years of experience in transportation and logistics required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using Transportation Management Software (TMS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments.
Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with carriers, drivers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment status.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and transportation records.
Resolve shipping issues and transportation delays quickly and professionally.
Monitor freight schedules and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
Follow company policies and transportation regulations.
