Requirements
- Proven experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales
- Existing book of business (highly preferred)
- Strong relationships with shippers and/or carriers
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own customer portfolio
- Secure freight and negotiate competitive rates
- Book and cover loads with reliable carriers
