About The Position

As a Freezer Team Member at Beehive Meals in Ogden, Utah, you are one of the final guardians of quality. You'll make sure every meal is accurately placed, properly tracked, and perfectly stored before it heads out to customers who are expecting consistency, care, and a really good dinner they didn't have to cook. If you like fast-paced work, staying busy, and don't mind a little chill (literally), this role might be your sweet spot.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Place finished meals into freezer storage with precision and purpose.
Keep inventory organized so everything is where it's supposed to be when it's needed.
Track meals using The Hive system.
Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
Make sure portioning, packaging, and product quality stay consistent.
Speak up when something looks off-quality issues don't fix themselves.
Follow all food safety and SQF standards.
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times.
Practice strong hygiene habits.
Wear required PPE like a hairnet.
Coordinate with your team so production flows smoothly.
Communicate clearly and respectfully.
Help keep the environment positive, efficient, and drama-free.
Follow all safety procedures.
Report hazards or issues immediately.
Keep yourself and your teammates safe so everyone goes home the same way they arrived.
