About The Position

At Beehive Meals in Ogden, Utah we're on a mission to make family dinner easier (and way less stressful). That starts with a team that knows how to move fast, stay focused, and take pride in doing things right. If you can handle a little cold, a lot of teamwork, and a steady pace-keep reading. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. You'll be in and out of freezer environments. Repetitive work-but for the right person, that's a good thing. Team-based-if one person slows down, everyone feels it.

Requirements

You're a team player who doesn't mind jumping in where needed
Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods in cold temperature environments throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands and fingers with precision to handle food products, tools, and packaging equipment
Regular performance of repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements in a fast-paced production setting
Consistent use and maintenance of required PPE and SQF-compliant gear (hairnets, smocks, gloves, etc.)
Ability to reach, bend, and handle materials at varying heights, including overhead
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items ranging from 15–60 lbs, following proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines

You've worked in a fast-paced or production environment before (food, warehouse, kitchen-bonus, not required)

Assemble and bag high-quality freezer meals using recipes and portion guidelines
Measure ingredients with precision
Seal and label meals so they're ready to go-no leaks, no guesswork
Inspect meals to make sure they meet quality standards
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine
Work side-by-side with your team to hit production goals
