About The Position

The Freezer Repair Coordinator is responsible for coordinating freezer repair activities, managing service providers, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely communication with stores and internal team members. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage repair work orders through ServiceChannel.
• Communicate with stores, service providers, and internal teams regarding repair status and updates.
• Follow up on open work orders, missing ETAs, and outstanding repair issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, repair records, and asset history.
• Process freezer downtime credits and maintain supporting documentation.
• Manage component replacement logs and warranty records.
• Review, track, and organize purchase orders and invoices within SAP.
• Ensure compliance with departmental processes, SOPs, and documentation standards.
