About The Position

The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Auditor helps C&S achieve its mission of feeding local families, neighbors, and communities by validating product to be delivered to customers. This role is crucial for measuring outbound selection accuracy and involves assisting with research and resolution of errors. The position is full-time, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm, and offers a competitive hourly rate plus a freezer differential.

Nice To Haves

Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and software preferred

Responsibilities

Unloading pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identifying sample pallet not yet loaded
Completing quality checks related to pallet construction (e.g., product wrapping, stacking, orientation)
Manually moving cases of product in/out of warehouse racks
Inspecting the condition of trailers when necessary
Providing information to the ICQA lead for entry into an iPad
Validating physical product matches orders using a handheld scanner
Reloading product onto trailers or returning it to the warehouse team when physical count ties to order value and/or is approved by the ICQA lead
Ensuring accuracy in documentation and record-keeping for warehouse inventory management
Correcting errors as determined by the ICQA lead based on customer contracts
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
Performing other duties as assigned
