INFINITE is expanding its roster of freelance talent for content work with law firm clients. We’re looking to connect with experienced freelancers across three roles: Freelance writers (U.S.-based), Freelance copyeditor / proofreader, and Freelance project manager. We’re intentional about matching freelancers to the right clients and projects, so we may not have immediate opportunities for everyone—but we’d love to start a conversation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the legal profession—either as legal reporters and/or in-house in writing/comms roles at law firms
  • Strong journalistic approach to storytelling
  • Comfortable working with law firm partners and firm leadership
  • Experience writing across corporate practice areas
  • Deep understanding of the legal industry
  • Experience copyediting legal-facing content
  • Comfortable working with technical terminology (but not highly academic legal writing with heavy citations)
  • Strong AP style knowledge
  • Ability to adapt to client-specific styles
  • Detail-oriented project manager
  • Experience overseeing the development of custom, magazine-style publications for law firms
