Join Sandbox Interactive and support the vibrant Albion Online player community as a Freelance Support Agent. We're looking for proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy individuals fluent in Turkish, Portuguese, or Spanish to help players experience the best of our award-winning MMO across all platforms. Operate within a passionate, international team committed to high-quality service and player satisfaction. Sandbox Interactive is the independent studio behind Albion Online, the first truly cross-platform MMO available for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android. With over 350,000 daily players, we’ve built a thriving, global gaming environment. You’ll become part of an international team based in Berlin, working to make Albion Online an unforgettable experience for players worldwide.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken Turkish, Portuguese, or Spanish
  • Solid verbal and written English communication skills for effective internal collaboration and external communication
  • Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends (remote/freelance)
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools (ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting)
  • Deep interest in online games and a genuine desire to help the player community
  • All applicants must be 18+ and able to receive international payments
  • Applications must be submitted in English

Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to players via our ticketing platform, as well as potentially through chat and email
  • Resolve technical, account, and gameplay queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough resolution
  • Identify and report recurring player issues, suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Albion Online and its systems, staying informed about game updates and community trends
  • Deliver support in a clear, concise, and respectful manner, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction
