About The Position

The Freelance Senior Copywriter will support Klick’s Creative Craft on an ad-hoc basis for Spanish-language copy needs across LATAM markets. This role partners with creative, strategy, client service, and cross-functional teams to develop clear, culturally relevant copy for agency client work. The ideal freelancer brings senior-level concepting, writing, and editing experience, strong agency judgment, and the ability to collaborate in English with Klick teams.

Requirements

  • Native-level Spanish fluency with portfolio samples showing clear, culturally relevant copy for Spanish-speaking LATAM audiences.
  • Professional English fluency for day-to-day collaboration with internal teams, including written feedback, calls, and creative reviews.
  • 5+ years of copywriting experience in an agency environment, with examples of concept development and finished campaign deliverables.
  • Experience writing across digital, social, CRM, presentation, and promotional formats with clear audience, brand, or business objectives.
  • Portfolio demonstrating senior-level craft, editing ability, and culturally relevant Spanish-language creative work.
  • Availability for freelance, ad-hoc assignments with the ability to respond to project briefs, timelines, and feedback cycles.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Portuguese language skills for reviewing or supporting Brazil-market creative work.
  • Healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or regulated-category experience with examples of compliant creative deliverables.
  • Experience adapting global or regional creative platforms for local LATAM market needs.
  • Experience mentoring or reviewing junior creative work on project-based assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Spanish-language copy and campaign concepts for LATAM audiences across digital, social, CRM, presentation, and promotional deliverables.
  • Adapt creative ideas and messaging for Spanish-speaking LATAM audiences while maintaining clarity, brand consistency, and local relevance.
  • Partner with art directors, creative leads, strategy, and client service teams to shape work from concept through final delivery.
  • Review and refine copy based on stakeholder feedback, brand requirements, regulatory considerations, and project timelines.
  • Support ad-hoc freelance assignments with clear communication, reliable delivery, and senior-level creative judgment.
