About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking skilled freelance sales associates to provide make-up application, skin care advice, hair, or fragrance consultations. The role involves creating a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. Associates will also contribute to in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising. Requirements

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Nice To Haves

Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable.
Beginner-level expertise in makeup artistry is welcomed.
Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued.
Amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
Retail experience is preferred.
