Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Freelance Recruiter, Staff Talent Acquisition to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working within reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting professional staff, including sourcing, attracting and hiring external and internal employees to fill open positions. The Recruiter will partner closely with over 100 hiring managers in various departments including but not limited to accounting, finance, legal support, IT, human resources, and marketing. A successful recruiter will be a trusted talent advisor, develop and execute recruiting strategies, balance multiple searches simultaneously, use innovative sourcing tools and techniques, research and report out industry trends, leverage recruitment data to improve hiring processes and outcomes, and implement DEI best practices to ensure an equitable candidate experience.
