About The Position

M3 Global Research, part of M3 Inc., is seeking a Freelance Interview Host to support the Market Research Project Management team. This role involves managing the day-to-day call operations for market research studies using platforms like QualStage, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations. M3 is a global leader in digital healthcare solutions with a strong track record of growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Multilingual in at least one of the following languages: German OR Other languages.
  • Experience supporting customers with Qualitative online platforms preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and product suites.
  • Proficiency with internet browsers including Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
  • Experience with Apple and Android mobile devices.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to communicate technical steps in a friendly and simplistic manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly solve present problems and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and self-discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for technical platform issues for internal and external users.
  • Assess user's technical support level and provide appropriate assistance promptly.
  • Prepare respondents to join their scheduled interviews on time.
  • Facilitate the start of scheduled interviews and offer troubleshooting support.
  • Support moderator and interpreter trainings before project commencement.
  • Triage and communicate technical issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
  • Document technical issues and their resolutions to aid customers and improve internal processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and enhancements, providing internal technical guidance.
