About The Position

Native Instruments is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to join their Marketing organization's Creative Studio. This role involves collaborating with other creatives to produce high-performing visuals for products and campaigns across various channels like Paid, Web, and Social. The goal is to communicate the unique benefits of Native Instruments' portfolio to a global audience of music producers, ultimately enabling them to become better producers, DJs, or audio engineers. The designer will be responsible for developing key artwork, logos, and graphics, ensuring brand consistency through a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition. The role requires an all-rounder with illustration and branding skills, a knack for visual storytelling, and the ability to stay current with design trends. Expert organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure a steady flow of design assets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated illustration and branding skills.
  • Ability to work confidently with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • A portfolio showcasing excellent skills, experience, and ability to work in a wide range of visual expressions while maintaining brand consistency and working within design systems.
  • Team-oriented, creative design enthusiasm with an affinity for marketing and a passion for music.
  • Fluent oral and written communication in English.
  • Detail-oriented with an exceptional ability to organize current projects and tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Positive response to constructive criticism and change requests.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with 3D applications, After Effects, photography, and AI tools.
  • A love of contemporary music and the creative culture that surrounds it.
