We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in branding and B2B design. This role will play a key part in elevating and refreshing our visual identity across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and B2B design work
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator, and Canva
  • Ability to design across a variety of styles and mediums
  • Blend of technical expertise and creative thinking
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs
  • Effective communicator who is responsive and reliable
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and push bold branding concepts

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years preferred professional graphic design experience
  • Experience working within B2B industries, ideally aligned with consulting or professional services
  • Local to Greensboro, NC or able to commute for occasional in-person collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Develop original visual concepts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva
  • Design a wide range of assets including branded graphic design elements, branding materials, website graphics, templates, email signatures, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and stakeholders to interpret needs and present compelling design solutions
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Contribute to brand refresh initiatives, including updates to colors, typography, and visual assets
  • Create and refine assets such as business cards, LinkedIn banners, email signatures, and website components
