About The Position

21GRAMS, Real Chemistry’s advertising agency, is seeking freelance creative talent for three distinct roles within ROOM42, their in-house production and content studio: Freelance Delivery Manager (Creative Content), Freelance Senior Designer, and Freelance Senior Copywriter. These roles are for individuals who are sharp and strategically minded, aiming to help people connect with healthcare by creating advertising that is valuable to the audience. The agency leverages the full capabilities of Real Chemistry, a global agency with deep scientific expertise, human-centered creativity, and AI-driven insights, focused on transforming healthcare.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing creative or digital content delivery (agency experience preferred).
  • Experience working with onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or Jira.
  • 4+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Strong digital portfolio demonstrating both concept and execution.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, production-driven environments.
  • 5+ years of agency copywriting experience.
  • 3+ years writing for healthcare or pharmaceutical brands.
  • Strong digital writing background.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Healthcare/pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of social, digital, and creative content across distributed global teams.
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and dependencies in partnership with creative, production, and account teams.
  • Serve as a key point of contact to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication.
  • Apply agile approaches to keep work moving efficiently and adapt to changing needs.
  • Proactively identify risks and support continuous process improvement.
  • Design high-quality digital assets including emails, banners, landing pages, websites, and visual aids.
  • Translate briefs into clear, on-brand creative across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, producers, developers, and QA partners.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for regulated review environments.
  • Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Write and adapt copy for digital deliverables including websites, emails, banners, videos, and landing pages.
  • Translate complex scientific and medical information into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Prepare copy for client and regulatory review, including AMA-style annotation.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and account teams to meet timelines.
  • Support campaign and content development aligned to brand voice and creative strategy.
