About The Position

Benefit Cosmetics Canada is seeking a fabulous Freelance Brow Expert (Flexpert) to work at our Union, Eaton Centre, and Bloor St. Benefit BrowBars, located exclusively at Sephora. The role involves demonstrating and selling products, and performing short salon services such as brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping, and laminations. The primary focus is on creating an unforgettable and fun experience for clients.

Requirements

• Proven strong retail sales ability
• Flexible regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• The job will require standing for a number of hours
• Comfortable and competent performing wax services and makeup application
• Must be courteous, responsible, and a team player
• Likes to LAUGH, have FUN and enjoy a good cupcake.

Nice To Haves

• Hair removal, waxing or esthetics certification and/or training
