About The Position

Benefit Cosmetics Canada is seeking a Full-Time Benefit Brow Expert to work at our Mayfair Benefit BrowBar, located exclusively at Sephora. A Benefit Brow Expert (BBE) is responsible for demonstrating and selling products, and performing short salon services including brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping, and laminations. The role emphasizes creating a fun and unforgettable experience for clients.

Requirements

• Proven strong retail sales ability
• Flexible regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• The job will require standing for a number of hours
• Comfortable and competent performing wax services and makeup application
• Must be courteous, responsible, and a team player
• Likes to laugh, have fun and enjoy a good cupcake

Nice To Haves

• Hair removal, waxing or esthetics certification and/or training (considered a strong asset)
