Requirements

  • Sharp intuition for spotting anomalies in transaction data and ability to turn signals into concrete prevention strategies without slowing down the business.
  • Hands-on leadership skills to guide a team through high-volume periods while maintaining an impeccable standard of quality.
  • Technical confidence to defend processes and resolve complex payment disputes when dealing with card networks and acquiring banks.
  • Experience replacing recurring manual work with AI-driven workflows and ability to differentiate between trustworthy and judgment-requiring automated output.
  • Ability to translate complex financial risk concepts for business partners, focusing on results and revenue protection rather than technical jargon.
