About The Position

The Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) team's mission is to protect and empower Apple and its customers through strategic machine learning and decision automation solutions. You will join a team that cultivates deep functional expertise and leads with our values to serve business partners across Apple. We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead initiatives for our Apple Store Online (ASO) Fraud Investigations team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of fraud operations and data-driven decision-making to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for our global team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, fraud operations, risk management, or a related field.
  • Experience working independently on complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through delivery.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and building scalable solutions.
  • Project management skills, including estimating effort, creating timelines, and delivering on commitments.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fraud investigations, Applied Machine Learning, or financial risk operations.
  • Background in e-commerce, Apple Store Online, or Contact Center environments.
  • Experience initiating and cultivating cross-functional relationships to drive program outcomes.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking skills to connect tactical work to broader business objectives.
  • Business acumen and an understanding of how to balance customer experience with risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects for ASO Fraud Investigations, from initial concept to final execution.
  • Collaborate with Fraud Investigators, regional leads, and cross-functional partners to identify procedural gaps, align on solutions, and drive initiatives that protect both our customers and Apple.
  • Analyze data to translate insights into clear, compelling recommendations that will shape the future of our fraud prevention efforts.
