About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is building the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We are seeking a well-rounded individual with experience in ecommerce payments to join our Payments & Fraud team as an Analyst. This role is responsible for protecting both the customer and the business by providing professional, accurate, and realistic expectations for all matters related to potential fraud in the i-gaming space. The Analyst will validate and verify customer documentation, verify account ownership, review customers' financial transaction history, validate fraud alerts from prevention tools, perform in-depth analysis to support fraud scenarios, and create/manage internal controls and generate incident reports.

  • Experience in troubleshooting and triaging complicated matters related to customer inquiries.
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office applications.
  • Prepared to work flexible hours to mirror the sporting schedule.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or iGaming industries.
  • Knowledge of Location Compliance, Multi-Accounting and Financial Crime.
  • Knowledge of gambling and sports betting, and how customers engage with those products.

Responsibilities

  • Validating and verifying customer documentation when further verification is necessary.
  • Verification of account ownership.
  • Reviewing customers’ financial transaction history, including financial records, bank statements, and credit card statements.
  • Validating fraud alerts generated by fraud prevention tools and systems.
  • Performing in-depth analysis and preparing comprehensive investigative summaries to support and prove scenarios of fraud.
  • Creating and managing internal controls and generating incident reports.
