In this remote New Hampshire-based role, you’ll investigate suspicious activity, spot emerging fraud trends, and partner across the organization to reduce risk. Requirements
- Five or more years of relevant fraud, investigation, risk, or data analysis experience in a regulated environment
- Bachelor’s degree or ABA Certificate in Fraud Prevention required
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor transactions and investigate suspicious activity
- Identify fraud trends and recommend prevention strategies
- Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve cases and reduce risk
- Strengthen fraud awareness through guidance, procedures, and training
