About The Position

This position requires the timely management and facilitation of the sales process leading to the sale and execution of My Palce Hotels of America franchise agreements with prospective franchisees either within a designated territory or as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Sales experience.
  • Hotel experience.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work use.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-task and organization skills.
  • Must be dependable, professional, consistent and serious about the tasks at hand.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or above in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify franchising opportunities via existing hoteliers, markets and sites.
  • Coordinate and lead primary meetings and discussions continuously throughout the business development process, making cold calls, as well as participation in weekly "timeline-update" calls and strategy meetings regarding future business and projected closings.
  • Providing the information required for the timely processing of franchise applications and the preparation of franchise documents to ensure adherence to FTC established rules and guidelines.
  • Continually provide management trustworthy feedback and the franchisee with after-sale support.
  • Always maintain the goal of building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage and schedule attendance where applicable for any area hospitality industry events.
