This is a 100% remote position with travel throughout the sales territory identified. The candidate for this position must reside within the territory. The Franchise Sales Director is responsible for the designated market, including franchise sales prospect generation, cultivation, and conversion to achieve annual sales goals. This role involves building and implementing a pipeline to create conversion opportunities, effectively articulating the brand value proposition, and engaging in active networking and media strategy to drive accountability in reaching growth goals. The position requires an entrepreneurial mentality, accountability for individual, team, and brand growth goals, and active participation in role acceleration training and ongoing development opportunities. The role also involves effective and regular use of CRM to update pipeline progress and developing due diligence presentations on prospects. Collaboration with shared services teams is essential to be knowledgeable on Brand FDD, market trends, data/analytics, and partnering with sales enablement and growth teams to achieve brand and sales goals and improve sales funnel effectiveness. Leveraging tools, systems, and resources to support prospects and new franchisees on the application process is also a key responsibility.
