About The Position

This role is for a Franchise Store Operator who will lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location. The opportunity involves operating your own business with the support of a corporate network. The operator will encourage and endorse community activities and involvement, foster a positive work environment by creating a coaching and development culture that embraces a passion for food, and lead and create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit. Adherence to brand standards and provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines is required. The operator will provide direction and leadership for an entire store location of 50+ employees.

Requirements

Proven track record of business success
Strong business and financial acumen
Superior leadership and communication skills
Experience leading and building teams
Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
