Position Summary The Franchise Onboarding Manager is responsible for managing and executing the onboarding experience for new franchisees for Pure Barre and YogaSix. This role serves as a key point of contact for franchisees from the initial onboarding phase through the opening of their locations, ensuring they have the information, resources, and support needed to successfully progress through the franchise development and opening process. Reporting directly to the Brand President, the Franchise Onboarding Manager partners closely with franchisees and cross functional teams across the Brand, Operations, Real Estate, Construction, Sales, and other areas of Xponential to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure development milestones are achieved. The Franchise Onboarding Manager is responsible for creating a consistent, organized, and positive franchisee experience while helping franchisees navigate the requirements and key milestones associated with developing and opening their locations. The role requires strong relationship management, project management, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of franchising and the franchise development process.
