About The Position

The Franchise Development Consultant - Account Executive position located in Denver, CO offers an opportunity for someone who enjoys having the independence to work proactively to assist franchisees grow their mortgage brokerages. This position serves as a client relations executive for an assigned number of Motto franchised offices, assisting with franchise set-up, franchisee training and coaching, office compliance, technical portfolio adoption and attending industry events. This position requires up to 15% travel to office locations and industry events.

Requirements

  • Mortgage industry experience required
  • Minimum 3-5 years in the mortgage industry as a processor, loan originator assistant, loan originator, operations staff, etc. Retail, mortgage banking or secondary market roles should also apply.
  • Knowledge of mortgage brokerage terminology and workflow
  • Understanding of mortgage industry participants and processes such as processing, credit, wholesalers, etc.
  • Proficiently deliver in person and web-based training on processes, technology products and industry content
  • Ability to identify account needs of franchisee based on start-up, growing or mature status of franchisee’s business
  • Strong communication skills; coordinate and present training materials
  • Successful in building customer relationships and ability to provide premier customer service
