About The Position

Fuji Food Products is a leading manufacturer and nationwide distributor of fresh savory foods, specializing in packaged sushi. Our diverse product line includes salads, sandwiches, wraps, platters, rice bowls, organic edamame, spring rolls, veggie burgers, and other grab-and-go meals and snacks, available in various retail locations across 45 states. The Company operates three production facilities and 7 major distribution centers, all holding USDA, FDA, and GFSI certifications. The Franchise Compliance Coordinator will provide support to the Franchise Administrator and Health Permitting Specialist, handling responsibilities such as authoring Notices of Breaches, assisting with franchise document preparation and filing, maintaining franchisee records, and managing health permit applications and renewals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency
  • Ability to read and communicate verbally in English required
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, with an ability to interact with employees and others at any level within an organization

Responsibilities

  • Author and send Notice of Breaches as requested from the field operations team
  • Apply for new health permits
  • Track and renew health permits on a timely basis
  • Assist with preparing and filing franchise documents
  • Maintain franchise records both hard copy and on the Franchise Document software program
  • Manage individual projects as assigned
  • Assist with ad hoc projects to support franchise compliance for internal team members
  • Develop systems and processes to improve the efficiency of department tasks
