About The Position

This is not a typical FBC role. As our Quebec FBC, you carry a distinctive dual mandate. In your primary capacity, you'll function as a full Franchise Business Consultant — coaching, auditing, and developing your franchise partner portfolio to operational excellence. In your secondary capacity, you'll serve as Booster Juice's frontline brand ambassador in Quebec — building awareness, forging community connections, and driving the market growth that makes our expansion vision a reality. You'll be the most important Booster Juice presence in the province. You'll speak the language, know the market, and represent our brand with authenticity — in both official languages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of multi-unit experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or Franchise Consultant in a restaurant or hospitality brand — QSR preferred
  • Full professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken) — required
  • Must reside in the Greater Montreal area — required
  • Demonstrated experience in a coaching, consulting, or field leadership role
  • Familiarity with the Québec regulatory environment and provincial labour standards
  • Prior experience in community engagement, local marketing, event coordination, or brand ambassador work
  • Financial acumen: ability to read P&L statements, interpret SPLH and COGS data, and translate insights into actionable coaching
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and reporting platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an asset — not mandatory
  • You're culturally fluent in Quebec — you understand the distinct values, communication styles, and community dynamics of the province
  • You see brand building not as a secondary responsibility, but as a core expression of the role. You understand that a thriving brand in Quebec is what makes franchise partner success possible
  • You're energetic, outgoing, and brand-passionate — comfortable representing Booster Juice in public-facing community settings
  • You combine detail orientation with big-picture thinking, translating complexity into clear, actionable plans
  • You're self-directed and results-driven — able to manage competing priorities without direct daily supervision
  • You lead with integrity, handling sensitive franchise partner information and challenging conversations with professionalism
  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, approaching market development with creativity and initiative

  • Partner with the national marketing team to develop and execute localized marketing strategies tailored to Quebec culture and consumer preferences
  • Identify and participate in community events, trade shows, festivals, and sponsorship opportunities where Booster Juice can build visibility through presence, sampling, and engagement
  • Establish relationships with local radio stations, digital influencers, community organizations, and media outlets to generate earned brand exposure
  • Drive catering and group order opportunities by connecting with local businesses, corporate offices, fitness studios, health clinics, and universities
  • Gather and synthesize Quebec market intelligence — consumer trends, competitive activity, local preferences — and report findings to marketing and operations leadership
  • Champion Booster Juice's brand story in French, ensuring all community-facing communications reflect Quebec cultural context appropriately
  • Serve as an in-house subject matter expert on local and provincial regulations relevant to Booster Juice operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, traffic patterns, and operational KPIs across the Quebec portfolio to identify growth opportunities
  • Support franchise partners in developing action plans that improve top-line sales, manage labour costs, and optimize COGS
  • Prepare and present regular performance updates and market development reports to regional leadership
  • Contribute to store opening feasibility analysis and site-level recommendations as the Quebec market expands
  • Ensure all Quebec franchise partner teams are trained and compliant with brand standards, food safety protocols, and operational procedures
  • Deliver training in both French and English as required, adapting materials for a bilingual audience
  • Identify training gaps and collaborate with the National Training Manager to develop or adapt resources for Quebec operators
  • Support franchise partners in addressing non-compliance and developing corrective action plans within established timelines
  • Serve as a bilingual bridge between Quebec franchise partners and the national corporate team, ensuring clear, culturally appropriate communication in both official languages
  • Provide timely field reports, visit summaries, and market updates to regional leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, IT, Finance, and People & Culture to facilitate the rollout of national programs in Quebec
