As a Franchise Business Coach, you will collaborate closely with our Operations and Training teams to drive the growth and success of our franchisees. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with franchisees launching new locations – monitoring their progress, offering strategic guidance and providing ongoing support. In addition to supporting new openings, you’ll also partner with existing operational studios to help them strengthen performance, overcome challenges, and implement new strategic processes, and drive continued success. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about helping others achieve success. This vital position plays a key role in maximizing franchise performance by consistently observing, evaluating, setting goals, and coaching franchisees and their team within an assigned region. You will leverage proven tools and strategies to enhance sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and performance metrics throughout your region. Travel for field visits and meetings with franchisees is required for 3-5 days at a time (up to 50% travel).
