Franchise Administrator

About The Position

Assist with the administration of and compliance with all aspects of the franchise related development and franchise agreements and franchise disclosure requirements. Update all contract related information into applicable databases and save executed documents to correct digital files. Accurately prepare all required transaction documents for new development, upcoming openings, transfers, amendments, terminations and closings in accordance to franchise law and Inspire policies. Support cross-functional team members. Complete a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving sign/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due.

Requirements

  • 4-Year Degree or equivalent work experience
  • General proficiency and understanding of the franchising industry and FTC regulatory compliance for the franchising industry
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, database management, FRM, Salesforce, and Oracle
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter/ability to work independently to maintain workload
  • Ability to successfully form business relationships with franchisees
  • Exceptional customer focus, approachability, organizations skills, and ability to consistently prioritize, delegate, coordinate, and satisfy numerous competing demands and successfully achieve deadline-driven results and effectively achieve business objectives
  • Proven ability to be open to change and agile in a dynamic environment
  • Strong sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of work experience in franchising and/or contracts administration
  • Paralegal Certification

Benefits

  • Salary: $61,509.00 - $102,515.00 per year
