The Framing Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art. This role drives custom framing sales and assists customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The Manager on Duty (MOD) assists the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements, and executing Company policies and standards. They develop and coach team selling behaviors, lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload, and achieve KPIs. The role involves managing inventory, shrink, and safety programs, assisting with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training new team members, and participating in performance management. The Framing Manager partners with MODs daily, interacts positively with others, and promotes the organization's vision and values. They also participate in truck unloads and stocking processes, follow SOPs, and assist with Omni channel processes. Other duties as assigned.
