The Framing Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art, while also driving custom framing sales. This role involves assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and company programs. The manager is responsible for developing selling behaviors within the team, delivering high-quality custom framing solutions on time, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). They will also manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs, serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), and participate in talent development activities. The role requires partnering with other MODs, interacting positively with others, and participating in truck unloads and stocking processes. Additionally, the Framing Manager will assist customers, support Omni channel processes, and perform other assigned duties.
