The Framing Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art. This role is responsible for driving custom framing sales and assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The Framing Manager also assists the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. They develop and coach the team's selling behaviors, lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload, and partner with the Store Manager. The role involves achieving KPIs, managing the framing team to achieve their KPIs, reviewing sales and production workload, building plans and sales floor time for networking, and managing inventory, shrink, and safety programs. The Framing Manager will also serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training new team members, support talent development, participate in performance management, and utilize leadership competencies for self-development. They partner with other MODs daily on expectations for framing and other framers, interact positively and respectfully with others, promote commitment to the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model. Participation in truck un-loads and stocking processes is also required, along with following SOPs and ensuring a safe environment. Other duties as assigned.
