We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and support framing crews across multiple active jobsites throughout Arizona. This position is responsible for coordinating framing crews, maintaining production and quality standards, supporting jobsite schedules, and ensuring crews have the materials, equipment, and direction needed to perform efficiently. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in wood-frame and multifamily construction, is a strong field leader, and can effectively manage priorities across multiple projects. This role requires someone who can anticipate jobsite needs, identify and resolve issues quickly, and maintain consistent expectations for safety, quality, and productivity across our framing operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of wood-frame construction experience.
  • Previous experience as a Framing Foreman or similar leadership role.
  • Multifamily framing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of wood-frame construction methods and sequencing.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and details.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate framing crews.
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple active jobsites.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel between jobsites throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee framing crews across multiple jobsites.
  • Coordinate manpower and crew assignments based on project needs.
  • Ensure framing work stays on schedule and meets production goals.
  • Maintain quality standards and address framing issues as they arise.
  • Enforce jobsite safety requirements and safe work practices.
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed by framing crews.
  • Review plans and provide clear direction to crews.
  • Coordinate framing activities with Superintendents and other trades.
  • Identify and communicate schedule, material, or field issues that could impact production.
  • Monitor crew performance, productivity, and workmanship.
  • Travel between Arizona jobsites to support crews and project needs.
