The Framing Consultant is responsible for building customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. This role involves assisting customers in navigating the store, locating desired items, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized environment. The consultant will adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, execute company policies, and embrace personal design principles to build customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions. Key activities include meeting sales and production goals, completing framing orders with high quality and timeliness, maintaining the ready-made frame department, and providing excellent customer service. The role also supports shrink and safety programs, participates in truck unloads and stocking, operates the cash register, and assists with omnichannel processes.
