The Framing Associate is responsible for building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. This role involves assisting customers with their shopping needs, ensuring they can find what they are looking for, and maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. The associate will adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, embrace personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and create custom framing solutions, and meet sales and production goals. They will also complete framing orders with high quality and on time, maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, and deliver friendly customer service. The role includes participating in truck unloads and stocking, operating the cash register, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other duties as assigned.
