At least two years related operations experience preferred.
Past leadership experience preferred, but not required. Must show strong leadership potential.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
Provide real time coaching and feedback to associates on job performance.
Assist the manager in training new associates.
Understand all department performance metrics and assist with process improvement initiatives.
Communicate with other departments under the manager's direction (purchasing, merchandising, etc.) effectively to support the overall business needs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Receive all incoming products: Lenses, Frames, and Consumables.
Maintain a clean and functional workspace.
Outside of the Team Lead responsibilities, this position will perform all associate level jobs as needed.
